So where is the option to force cloth PhysX to GPU...????

It's called dedicating one of your GPU's to PhysX.

Nvidia Control Panel, it doesn't actually say cloth physx not sure why people keep calling it that but. Under 3D Settings, Configure SLI, Physx, Surround. There is an option for Physx settings. You can choose the processor you would like to use. Under that there is a check box to dedicate that to just physx.

It's called that because that's what it is. There are more than one type of PhysX effects used in the game. Some run on the CPU some run on the GPU depending upon the configuration and type of cards you have. Hopefully this will be fixed in a update for the game.

Yes if you do optional install, which should recommended because of the clean install feature there. You can check and uncheck what softwares to be installed. Also even if you do not uncheck the option while installing the driver it will once again alert you if you want to continue installing the HD Audio software or not install it.

O.o they took it down? Is there a problem with the drivers that they don't want us to install it?

No problems yet, may have gotten in trouble with nvidia though.
I am curious to what other hardwares are supported in this driver if one of these review sites data mine through it.

Decided I better not post the links to this driver. I think it breaks TOS here at EVGA.

Well first you got to know these are not offical WHQL Nvidia certified drivers yet. They would possibly be released within the week or two. So its completely at your know risk, these do not seem to be Beta drivers but nonetheless not approved yet. They do bring forth some nice improvments to gaming and benchmarking. So if you want to install them feel free but dont say i forced ya

Played BC2 in surround for about 20 min before it crashed. All I could see was white, I had to hard reboot. Now I can't select activate all displays, it is greyed out. No suprise BC2 has always crashed on me and many others I know. Only game I still have issues with.

Maybe i am unlucky, but i didnt notice a difference in BC2 performance in this driver as opposed to the one before it. It did seem a little smoother but that was about it, and my GPU usage was still 30 to 40 %. My specs are:

Q6700 @ 3.2 GHZ
GTX 480 @ stock
4gb DDR2 @ 1000mhz

Is my CPU just too old to keep up to the 480? I have noticed also, Dawn of War 2 was giving me terrible GPU usage as well, but have not tried new drivers yet in the game.

Yeah you need to overclock that CPU more if you possibly can. I need 3.6ghz with my Q9550 to remove any bottleneck with my HD 5870 and with a GTX 480 I need even more speed 4+ghz.

I can OC it more i just didnt realize it was needed so much. I will give it a go. That would be a good test to do, see if the GPU usage goes up and down depending on my clock speeds. Guess i got some work to do. I wanted to hold on a system build til the next wave of CPUs come out, hopefully i can survive!

I understand, thats why I went Q9550 because of its overclock potential. I figured it would give more life to my socket 775 system and allow me to completely skip over the I7's and so far its doing the job greatly. Running a steady and stable 4.3ghz on air.

Hmmm  that sounds interesting. maybe i should look into one of those, im sure they are cheap if i can find one. But i never did find out how fast this Q6700 can go... It is unlocked too, might as well drive it and see where she flops at !  Thanks for the info!

No prob and if you decide to get one you could sell your Q6700 on ebay to minimize the cost for a very decent upgrade to hold you over a bit longer before switching out the MB and Ram.

What motherboard are you using? Some boards won't accept the Yorkfield chips.
