Anyone who has had issues with the BFBC2 stutter try these yet? It is nice to see a chance to select what you want to install rather then unpacking and deleting files. **EDIT** http://forums.evga.com/fb.ashx?m=562906 Discussion on these is in DNOTTIS's thread and the feedback from one Guru3D member is great!

BioHazardSperm Dynamic tiling is a new option ,new 3d driver new Physx driver New GPU driver, new installer (its purty lol) rumored no losing profiles ,benches are coming from some soon dynamic tiling isn't a new driver function, but it seems they've changed the behavior. CPU Intensive games running on more then 2 cores may benefit by increasing this value to 2 or higher. " wish people would stop quoting me (from nhancer's task tracker). The behavior of dynamic tiling is changed now, it used to be a number value.

shiarua For Dynamic tiling, whats the difference between Off, Safe, and Unsafe? Im pretty sure this is how I got the beta of bfbc2 to use more gpu% when I was running my 9800 gtx's, I have never noticed an issue between turning it on/off or changing the value, as the previous posts description stated it could cause a performance impact by changing the value +/-, I would say if so change it to a different value. other than that its not like a nuclear turbo button that will grenade your hardware, its just another switch to flip for a possibility of better optimization IMO.

The answer to this exists within the expanded description for dynamic tiling that the block of text posted elsewhere is taken from, and an understanding of Safe vs Unsafe threading. more here http://citeseerx.ist.psu....;rep=rep1&type=pdf reading here will give some idea as well http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thread_safety the numermical values are apparently no longer valid. Simultaneous multithreaded processors use shared on-chip caches, which yield better cost-performance ratios. Sharing a cache between simultaneously executing threads causes excessive conflict misses. This paper proposes software solutions for dynamically partitioning the shared cache of an SMT processor, via the use of three methods originating in the optimizing compilers literature: dynamic tiling, copying and block data layouts. The paper presents an algorithm that combines these transformations and two runtime mechanisms to detect cache sharing between threads and react to it at runtime. The first mechanism uses minimal kernel extensions and the second mechanism uses information collected from the processor hardware counters. Our experimental results show that for regular, perfect loop nests, these transformations are very effective in coping with shared caches. When the caches are shared between threads from the same address space, performance is improved by 16–29 % on average. Similar improvements are observed when the caches are shared between threads from different address spaces. To our knowledge, this is the first work to present an all-software approach for managing shared caches on SMT processors. It is also one of the first performance and program optimization studies conducted on a commercial SMT-based multiprocessor using Intel’s hyperthreading technology.

You can see my results here. I ran a few different bench's and will be adding to them. So far these drivers look to be great. Although it seems there is a problem with SLI in Mafia 2. I get a better score with one card with new driver then I do with SLI. http://adamcbowen.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=41&p=60#p60

You could always run agperfmon to see what workload is going where.
