How many times have you called EVGA, after 10pm, or at all for that matter? Seems like they're streamlining their process and their hours are still greater than other manufacturers and their support team, in general, is more knowledgeable and helpful than other manufacturers, from personal experience.
I have owned MSI, XFX, Gigabyte, ASUS and EVGA products, and anytime I needed support for a product, which was rare, it was much faster and easier to get support from EVGA than any of the other manufacturers, some of which don't even have phone support at all and just rely on emails or online support tickets, which can take days to get a response without any resolution to an issue. EVGA is a relatively small company in comparison with the monster corporations people relate them to, constantly.
I will admit, there are many reported issues with the name EVGA stated, but that's also because many more people buy EVGA products specifically for their reputation for quality and support, in the GPU and PSU market.
I can't speak for or defend any issues that others have experienced. I can only provide information on my own experiences and generally my experience with EVGA has been good.
