You can't get into the BIOS screen?

any Obvious damage?  water, smoke, strange smells/ burnt

    Test another:
         Video cable
         GPU output port
         Monitor

Did Windows just doe some sort of update?

Test Video card:  (after removing all sources of AC power from PC - because even with the OS off - soft off --> there is Power to MB & you can cause damage to hardware)

Remove & reinstall power cords from PSU

Reseat card -- (remove & reinstall)

    test GPU in different slot

If you have spare PSU - "PCIe cables" or unused ports on you PSU .... test with the other PCIe cables & spare PCie ports on PSU

WARNING - NEVER - use power cords from a different PSU (mixing between different PSU) as they ARE NOT always wired the same on the PSU side ..... people damage their hardware from this type of mistake.

Different PC test .... would usually indicate dead card

DID you also test with a different Monitor?

the other PC, if it was working correctly & had a gpu driver that was new enough for you card would usually indicate hardware failuse

    GPU  Failed while in use?

PC restarted / waken-up & you discovered no Signal?

Is the GPU still under EVGA warranty?  (did you buy the extended warranty)

      Warranty Check
