I think just US. Preorders in the EU will not be shipped until who knows when and in the US everbody can buy it. I would like to cancel it but i've already waited for so long.

So my GPU was scheduled to be delivered today, it was in California yesterday and instead of shipping it to Utah, UPS decided to ship it to Kentucky... Now delivery is scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) but I doubt they can get it here by tomorrow considering it hasn't left Kentucky. :/

Thank you for contacting EVGA Support, Currently we are expecting new shipment of RTX 2080 Ti Series Graphics card beginning of next week.
And we have allocated those graphics card to customer under priority list with pre-order.
