division I had problems controlling the fans and such with Precision X1 but their Beta version linked here fixed everything:
I'm currently sitting at rank 35 in the world on 2x card setups via Time Spy Extreme test on 3DMark. I only bumped the clock up 50 and memory up 100. But the card gets really hot, so had to change the stock fans to kick in much quicker. Overall it works well and stays stable.
At one point playing Black Ops IIII I saw my FPS hit 380....and that's running near max settings on a 2k monitor. (lowered some shadow settings as that seems to cause some odd issues in the game unrelated to the cards)
Dude. We get it. You have 2 FTW3s when most on this thread don’t even have 1. Settle down. You’re free to brag but you don’t have to rub it in on the face of people who’re sitting on their asses to get one.

There probably won't be sale on Amazon. EVGA can't produce cards fast enough since probably their chip supply is limited. They don't even try to talk you out of cancellation, because they can't meet demand anyway. Add sticker, fan and memory temperature issues and it's understandable. A few weeks ago Jacob announced "all preorders shipping", then delayed two times for the next week and one week there was even a photo of 12 cards only. US only, of course. That means there are some issues. Most probably they can't allocate much hands to it. Either it's not worth it for them or chip flow is terrible, which is also possible.
But don't worry. There is no rush. RTX features are not available, not even in Windows (still issues with the update), let alone games. We're months, if not half a year away from games support.
Just order your card when it becomes available and await patiently. If lucky, you'll have a great Spring break or Summer vac with a ray-traced Redux or BF5.

I cannot believe people are charging over $1500-2000 for the XC edition or even the FTW3 edition on sites like ebay, these prices are absolutely insane. I am willing to pay at least no more than $1,400 for one but this is getting extremely out of hand of how high those prices are now! Its as bad as it was when the Graphic Card shortage late last year to early this year was. Its like those companies wanted to bring back those prices from that period to now!

division And I'll admit, I'm bragging a bit. Just really happy with this setup. Only hiccup so far was that I had to do a clean install of the Nvidia drivers. For some reason it wouldn't detect the 2nd card / SLI until I did.
Not reading into anything, man.

Check previous posts including your own mentioning clock speeds. Other mentioned Precision X1 and "crap ICX". Right thread addressing that. All you're doing is adding salt.

Dude I even defended you once saying receipt is within the realm of order status, but you were back at it and even I got annoyed. That’s all.
The whole discussion about performance was in context of people just giving up on ordering ftw3 etc. You’re now just being defensive. Let it go and move on.

Sheesh Are you running a 380hz screen? lol Run your GPU to your monitors refresh rate otherwise you're just overworking your GPU and raising thermals only for GPU boost to lessen it's performance. You could run all settings on ultra @ 2k to your screen's hz at this point and still have room for future demanding games.

I just ordered 2 zotac amp 2080ti cards... heard they've been overclocking really well thus far. But, willing to cancel if EVGA has more info on the FTW3 2080ti cards.

All depends where you live. Could have been in a trucking accident or stuck in traffic, weather, etc. With only a few days that have passed, I think you're fine. I'd worry if its been almost a week and you haven't seen anything plus, you're insured so all is well. If you're so impatient, run to your nearest best buy store and see if they have one otherwise, don't be so dramatic.

If it's ground, then it can totally happen. Handlers/hostlers sometimes forget to scan containers loading or offloading containers. Sometimes it's even deliberate because they have to meet the train schedule and literally don't have the time to log all the container movement for UPS. That's how some ground packages go MIA for like 5 days and then suddenly show up across the country. Especially true if the container never changes train in its journey until it hits the destination zone. Some containers don't ever get on a truck or even switch on its way from LA all the way to NJ.

You're probably right. It just caught my eye because my x299 Dark mobo I ordered the day before with the same shipping option had like 7 scans in the first three days, and this one has two in four.

You will not see any updates over the weekend typically. You'll probably get a status update on Monday, take it easy :p If you do not get it by the estimated delivery displayed on the UPS website, give us a call at 1.888.881.3842 and we will look into this for you.

Really? This is the first I have heard of someone afraid to push their FTW3 as far as they can without hardware mods out of fear of temps.

I pre-ordered a Zotac 2080 Ti AMP on Amazon just in case my FTW3 from B&H doesn't ship this week. This is getting ridiculous. I could have had an AMP a month ago but decided to wait for a FTW3 which may have fan and mem cooling issues anyway.

Due to the unsatisfactory availibility in the EU, the lack of communication to the EU customers and the worrying reports about fan/temperature issues with the FTW3, I have now settled for the MSI 2080 Ti Gaming X Trio which should arrive today (cancelled the ASUS Rog Strix 2080 Ti OC before, due to worse price-performance ratio). Good luck guys!

I regret my FTW3 purchase. As of now, FTW3 offers nothing over the other cards. The cooling is inferior and borderline defective. I should’ve gotten an XC Ultra and been done a month ago.

I'm getting scared of reading all this problem about this card: hot temp on memory, fan problem, common we are talking about a high end flag ship worthy 1399$, manufactured by EVGA, not a random card, it shouldn't have so much fail with so much wait while this card has been announced late august/early september !
The more i read about this, the more i am about to cancel my pre order and switch and go for Asus Strix or Aorus Xtreme whenever they will be available, i'm probably gonna have to wait too but at least i won't have to deal with lottery of having any issue with the card.
