Am I in the wrong thread or is everyone else in the wrong thread? 
Unless everyone has received their orders, this a place to track updates about the status of everyone's preorders!
I really don't understand people on here complaining about post content. Who the fk cares......
Because I am subscribed to this thread (get email notifications) for its correct content, not to hear about box openings, 2080 cards, overclocking. I'm waiting for alerts that the cards will be in stock or are shipping to other people. You know, Forums 101.
Subs to thread about 2080 Ti FTW3, doesn't want to hear about 2080 cards or overclocking... hate to tell you this card is an overclocked 2080.
edit: If you want alerts, sign up for them on the product page, and F5 like the rest of us. Forums are for "discussion"

This is getting insane I like evga but this is getting ridiculous just let us pre order sitting here hitting f5 all day cause they can’t even give a time window is insane.

I failed on Wednesday, I literally just got one while in the drive thru at McDonald's after talking to a customer service guy about when they might come in. He said they did not know when etc. I hit refresh after ordering 3 cheesburgers and the thing was green. Then got to pay and paypal had timed out so I had to do that again and then shipping and finally I got it. What a pain. Keep the heads up fellas.

Looks like they release like 15 cards at a time and the bots get them all.

I assume F5 is an inside joke among people here? I am not going to recommend a tool for this but you can find very good notification tools that will alert you right away. And I don't mean just refreshing, are you going to watch that on your second monitor all day at work? And pay with paypal. And have it logged in to paypal beforehand. If the time weren't random then people would overwhelm the servers. There are very few cards compared to demand. I think it is probably perceived that this makes getting the card a bit of a game.

F5 is the refresh hot key. I tried the notifications they never even went off last time I saw they were in by random chance and this time they barely made it off I got halfway through and lost the card.

I don’t know I really wouldn’t be surprised this whole launch has been a giant **** show is been just over a month since “launch” and its still near impossible to get cards. And this whole were going to drip feed some insanely small number of cards every few days is making it worse. At this point evga better hope they can get an actual decent number of cards out I’ve been aiming for the ftw3 since launch but at this rate I really don’t care anymore

They last told me 11/1 for shipping. Looking at some benchmarks for the 2080 Ti, EVGA typically scores lower than everyone else anyways. Might as well go get the Founder's Edition card which is in stock right now. Buy two and eBay one for 2x as much, and make it pay for itself.

Jacob, with all respect, in a customer experience standpoint, pre-order would be better... I think testing their patience in general would be preferred over many of them 'losing' a race.
But I understand that with binned chips, production volume can be hard to predict, possibly leading to over-promising....
Could you at least perhaps share with us how steep the competition is at the moment? (E.G. how many people sign up for e-mail reminders vs actually manage to place to order)
This would at least help us rationalize in our own terms.

Well I did use the chat box on the site to talk to someone and he said orders placed after 2PM typically ship the next day but I think he might have pushed mine through when he saw it was placed at 2:05PM.
