Been Playing with my FTW3 Card all day. No still on LN2 bios. i dont have "extreme cooling" as instructed, and the password feels like a clear warning. I think the newer nvidia drivers helped, so it appears, and a little fiddling in the NVIDIA settings (preferred performance).
