What is the Lowest Temperature that the EVGA RTX 2080 Ti K|NGP|N HYBRID Cooler can run.
I am running now at 6.2°C/43.16°F Ambient Room Temperature.
I do not want to Damage the Pump.

    That's a good question.. I was freezing my you know whats off today at my daughters softball game! Took like an hour before I could feel my twins afterwards and was mad that we were home in 5 mins and could not sit in the car to enjoy that HOT seat warmer. :/
     
    Anyways.. the thought did come to mind that wow.. I could do some serious damage out here If I could drag my PC to the game and just plug it in to a generator! haha.. 5.4Ghz on the CPU with ease and at least 2300mhz at those temps haha. Prob was around 40f but felt 30F in that wind on the cold bleachers.

    Intel i9 9900K @ 5.2Ghz Single HUGE Custom Water Loop.
    Asus Z390 ROG Extreme XI MB
    G.Skill Trident Z 32GB (4x8GB) 4266MHz DDR4 
    EVGA 2080ti K|NGP|N w/ Hydro Copper block.

    I do believe they do use some antifreeze in the system, they do ship them in the Winter.
    Most cooing liquid you buy for a loop has some propylene glycol in it.
    You want to avoid condensation, cold humid room could condensate on things in the room would be the big issue.
    Most electronic parts say what temp, humidity levels are safe.
    I would say below dew point for the temp/humidity level of the room is not good.

    My CPU Custom Water Loop (Coolant) @ 24°C the Flow is from 3.1 to 5.4 LPM Pump set between 3-10
    But now the Coolant is running at less than 10°C and the Flow is down to 2.5 LPM. Pump @ 10 Max Coolant max is -15°C
    So this got me thinking about the Pump on the Hydro Kit and the Flow through the Radiator and Pump.
     
    Humidity inside is 48% and outside is 92% and Snowing.
    43°F inside and 32°F Outside

    TiN_EE is there a temperature point where EVGA says it is too cold out in the Winter to ship the hybrid kits/GPUs?
    What is the coolant in the Hybrid rated at?

    Thanks for this update. 2°C = 35.6°F
    My CPU Coolant is now at 7°C Cold side and 9°C hot side.
    So will stop running once it hits 4°C if it get that cold tonight.
    The wind chill coming from a forced fan in the windows is doing it's job.\
    Holding at 32°F Outside.
