2070 super ftw3 fans

Hey everyone I'm new to pc builds, I noticed that 1 out of the 3 fans is running and I've tried downloading X1 to adjust the fan curve
but it will not launch for some reason, has anyone else had this issue with the fans and is there a fix? Thank You

    The other fans most likely aren't running because your gpu isn't getting hot enough to make them come on. Have you tried any older versions of x1 like 1.0.2.0?

    Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2x8)
    Corsair CX550 80 plus bronze

    Update, I downloaded X1 0.4.9.0 and it’s currently able to run and I was able to sync the fans and now all 3 fans are working when needed
