Amazon UK just feeds their customers lies... what a joke. They all tell me different things lmao. Honestly don't think I'm getting this card even by the first week of June at this current rate. Might as well cancel and wait for VOLTA.

How did you manage to get it at £706 my PayPal was saying £735 but I selected to let my bank do the conversation as they don't charge.

When I pay with paypal I don't get any kind of confirmation and it just sends me to evga.com. Paypal doesn't show the charge and my member status doesn't change. I've tried it two times now what's going on? EDIT: Paypal was trying to pay by default with a prepaid card that doesn't have enough money. Don't ask me why that's not the default card. Selected the correct one and it's all good now. We'll see how much they take to arrive

I double checked and mine went through at £713 which was the rate yesterday (which makes sense). If Paypal gave you a figure in £ to bill you then you did allow Paypal to do the conversion, you needed to go further into the options and make sure you were billed in EUR. EDIT: £706 is the current rate at this moment for the price and I doubt anyone was actually billed that as basically no CC/bank accounts convert at the rate at the time, they use the prevailing rate from the previous day.

Same here, I think it's about £31 less than it was when I first made the preorder due to GBP/EUR rate improving.
More so, the guys at Overclockers were asking us to wait and order from them - saying we'd pay exactly the same as if we ordered from EVGA directly...now they want £830 for the card! Saved like 130 quid.

ocuk are pathetic, they overcharge on everything lol. Would stay well away from them! SCAN, Ebuyer, Amazon, Alza, they have fair prices usually.

Funny enough, guy in another thread canceled his pre-order on newegg early in the day yesterday because he was upset it didn't ship right away, figured he got screwed. Then newegg pre-orders shipped last night. I bet he's mad at himself

Yep you are correct I was billed 712, so bank of course takes it's cut. But I noticed that the actual price in euro dropped too like 842 vs 849. Anyways I'm happy, and happy I waited too. Enjoy!

Totally agree mate, I browser their site sometimes with a very puzzled look. Everything is overpriced compared to competitors. I always use scan, ebay and Amazon.
