I'm sorry for the delay; I just checked the tracking number on your order, and it appears UPS has issued an update: "A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be rescheduled." Unfortunately we are unable to control shipping issues on UPS's side, and for that I apologize. 

The delay notification came yesterday, more than 24 hours after it had "left" socal (closer to 36 hours) . I could have driven from LA to Seattle in the time; yet the card is still in Anaheim.

Seriously tired of all the spoon fed children crying. Everything STILL says estimated. Seriously stop degrading evga because you don't know what the word estimated means.

I tried to change my shipping to Saturday and was told that wasn't a good idea because my FTW3 might not ship tomorrow. Smh

Another EVGA fanboy who defends a company that's failing to deliver. Licking their rear end isn't going to get you anything in return bud. When you pay for an item that's a "pre-order" you expect to get it on time. Not a week late. Communication on EVGA's behalf up until yesterday was very poor. Give it a rest and stop defending them.

No one here is Defending EVGA, their is no need to.

I don't mind the delay.  The ftw3's will likely be sitting on the test bench until EK releases the waterblocks (estimated May 17th).. I still have much to do before updating the pc on the sig..

Your argument is so compelling and well spoken that I'm sure you'll convince everyone to see it your way and do what you want them to do.
 
pssst... that was sarcasm. I'm just being clear about that because it can so often be lost in text and I didn't want there to be any confusion.

If it makes anyone feel better, my card was supposed to arrive today but UPS ****ed up and now it's delayed without any delivery estimate. So that sucks.

Anyone get charged or get a tracking number today? I'm just curious if any are being sent out yet.

I called customer support to change the shipping speed and they said my only option (to my address) was for 2nd day air for $50. I politely declined as I wanted to try and get it by Saturday. Oh well, guess my new rig will have to wait even more. *sigh*

I called this morning also and they said it would be $40 but they couldn't tell me if it would ship today or tomorrow or next week. *sigh *

Let me get this right we were told Tuesday and yesterday that ALL of the rest of the first round as in March 28th pre-orders WILL be SHIPPED on Thursday and FRIDAY.  Before I went to bed last night The last communication from Jacob that we might see cards charged by evening today as in Thursday.  Now I come home from work to find out that My card may not ship tomorrow.  Forget this.  I'm telling you I have been nothing but positive all through this ordeal The last four flippen days.  If EVGA doesn't get their head out you know what.  I'm cancelling both of my Pre-orders and go with another company.  This is getting so ridiculous.   Go ahead and say what you want but when you are told something and the story changes every time you come to the forums it gets really stupid.  As in right now I can't trust what the word of EVGA right now.  I'm sorry I can't they have rubbed me wrong by lying to their customers all week long.  And if my card doesn't get shipped out 6 pm PST tomorrow. I'm cancelling my orders.  And they just lost another potential long time customer.  simple as that

now im not trying to be negative, just a realist. the rest of them are supposed to be getting shipped out by tommorow from my understanding. does anyone else see this is incredibly unlikely due to the very minor percentage they were able to get out between the first two days. UNLESS they are pre packaging all of them to where they only need to apply the labels when tommorow comes, however doing this would be ineffecient since the employees would have to touch the cases twice the amount of times than if they were making the label immediately. long story short, i dont think they will all get shipped by tommorow.

are you lost ? have you seen my sig? I have 2 EVGA parts in my system. Do I look like an ASUS fanboy? nah mate. One person agreed with Deekay64 everyone else is agreeing that EVGA has handled this poorly... again just like the 1080/70 fiasco. No need to defend EVGA in this situation, they simply haven't been good enough. Like I said somewhere in this thread, they knew that this was going to be a big release, despite screwing up prior to this, they should have been a lot more prepared this time round. Unfortunately they weren't hence the ridiculous delay. By the time EVGA get the FTW3 cards out to UK retailers it will be end of May/June. They're 2 months late lol
