Sajin Hmm. Did you have the fan running in performance mode? The stock evga fan does 4.04 mmH20. The cooler master fan can do 4.6 mmH20 in performance mode.
I tried using SpeedFan to bump it up, but it didn't really make a difference. Not sure if I should've gone into the BIOS and changed it, probably should have checked, but I assumed it was going at 100%. It was plugged into the CHA_FAN header. Maybe one day if I decide to reinstall the coolermaster one I'll check it, for now I'm just leaving it be lmfao.

On the back of the fan there is a switch that allows you to change its performance mode. S = Silent mode (1.45 mmH2O) Q = Quiet mode (3.14 mmH2O) P = Performance mode (4.6 mmH2O)

All I see on my fan is an RGB option, Red Blue and RGB

I just got done installing the Hybrid kit on my GTX1080Ti black tonight. Running primegrid project genfer17mega tasks, 80%power, 80 or so load, I was at 54c 1925mz on air After install it is running at 40c-41c same tasks, but running at 1975 Sitting idle it was 25c I have a push/pull setup, I did use 2 of the screws that came with the original to put the 2nd fan on. I have to hunt and dig up some more screws, I know I have a bunch. Somewhere. Last week I put the Hybrid kit on my GTX FTW1080. Running the same primegrid tasks I ran tonight, genfer17 MEGA, it was 54c-55c at 1950 on air With the hybrid kit it went down to 47c or so, but I noticed the radiator was quite warm to the touch. So I did add the 2nd fan for push/pull and the temps went down to 42c and the rad was room temp to the touch Plus I am running 2025 up from 1975mhz So if you do not have the long screws, use two from the fan that comes with the kit 2 screws kittycorner, not real tight, just to see if it makes a difference for you.

I'm not sure why I didn't think of that, I had it screwed in with 2, and then after i took out the fan and unplugged it, put the case front back on, i screwed the other two in. LOL. I may try and hunt down the screws at a retail shop around me but maybe in the morning I'll mess with it, even if the one fan isn't that good it should do something, if not at least it will look cool.

I bought several of these fans when they went on sale for 5$ free shipping. Keep an eye on them, they go on sale once in a while. https://www.evga.com/prod...aspx?pn=400-HY-FX12-KRGot a few of the 140mm for the same price too. Any hardware store should be able to match the screws, just do not get longer ones. I think they are #6 screws, I maybe wrong. Let us know how you make out.

For sure. I may snag one or two, maybe one for the back of the radiator, and just install my RGB in the front. I'll sacrifice a few temps for it.
