1080TI FTW3 LED SYNC Not Possible

I Just bought a 1080ti ftw3 with B450 Aorus Motherboard and in several ways i still can’t change the rgb color
i’ve tried to uninstall the XOC and re- installed. Another versions but nothing happens when I get into LED sync it’s seem to be It’s can’t find the vga
(There is no device to choose from ) Right now the color is stuck in Red Can someone please tell me how to fix this I really like to changes into white

    Are the appearance/thermal led menus also blacked out in the settings menu?

    Yes Those setting tabs also  black out too.

    Thanks but i already try this but again LED SYNC still not working or maybe i have to remove the card and unplug it and try to move it to new slot ?

    I just try to change my 1080ti to another slot but the result turnout the same the LED SYNC not showing VGA
    is there anyone had the same issues?

    LED Sync is really meant to be used in conjunction with the CLC cooler and a EVGA graphics card. If you are only changing the LED colors for the GPU, don't use LED sync, use the PXOC settings instead. If you click on the settings wheel icon in the lower right corner of the main PXOC window, you should see an appearance LED tab and from there you should be able to change the GPU lighting.

     Thank you but In my case PXOC Setting either the appearance LED and thermal LED won't showing up so i can't click into it what can i do next  to change these VGA lighting?
