1080 ftw bios switch

I bought this card less than a month ago. Went to switch the bios from master to slave and the switch fell off. Called evga and sent pictures... They want me to pay for the repair. Apparently, parts that fall off aren't covered on a 600 dollar card.

    Try switching the vbios with a tooth pick.

    How does the switch fall off? Serious question here and not trolling! Yeah what he said ^, use either a toothpick or something non conductive to switch it back if you want to do it.

    I just bought a 1080 from EVGA myself. I'll be watching this thread like a hawk. Definitely my last EVGA card if your issue isn't covered under warranty. What a joke.
