I'm going to be traveling internationally for two weeks starting 3/18... I really hope they send my step up before then! I did pay for next day.

Cool. Think you are the first to get one from step up. At least the first that are posting on here. Hopefully I'll get my shipping update by closing tonight. If not it will be tomorrow and I was really banking on it being sent out today since everyone posting in here has had their card sent out the day after they received the old one. My luck the I'll be the first that takes 2 days. Suppose it really doesn't matter since I'll get it by next Friday either way.

Yea I want to see what the temps are SLI first and I might go for the Hybrid kit also. If they can stay cool just air flow I won't worry about it.

Is there a general time frame that people are noticing the shipped out field being updated? The anticipation is killing me as to whether I can get it back by the weekend.

Like I mentioned earlier. I read, either on their site or on a thread in here, that they don't update their shipping out and tracking # fields till very close to closing time. Which I think is 6PM PST. Even if they shipped it this morning it will not show up on your product page till closing time. I'm waiting for the same thing since they've had my card since 10am yesterday. I'm hoping it's been shipped and will update in the next couple hours. If it isn't up there by 7 PST or so then it will probably not ship out till tomorrow.

No problem. Too many posts to wade through. I'm starting to think mine won't ship till tomorrow but we still have another hour or so before closing time so maybe it will update like I've read. Either way I'll get mine by next Friday which was my goal. Probably get it even Wednesday or Thursday if they ship today. Here's to hoping. I've not read a single person having to wait more than 1 business day after EVGA received their card before they shipped the new one but they may be overloaded now and it may take 2 days. Just hope it's not 3, which is the maximum they say it could take.

Boom. Just got an email From UPS saying I have a package coming to my address From EVGA. Due Wednesday. It's not updated on my step up page yet but it's been shipped with tracking number already. I'm glad I got My UPS account set up to show me any deliveries coming to my address. I wouldn't have known till later tonight when they update the step up page. It was shipped out at 4:28 PM EST or 1:28 PST so it was right about what I read about them not updating your step up page till close to closing time for them at 6 PST, no matter what time they shipped it that day. /Happy Dance

Yay! Lol. For others. If you want to know faster than waiting on the step up page to update if a card has shipped, just make a UPS My choice account(free if you don't want any of the extra stuff that cost to use) if you don't already and put in your shipping address and then turn on shipping notifications. You can choose text and /or email updates. It's nice and as soon as any package is being sent to your address you enter, you will get instant updates. Edit: I'm hoping the step up page updates soon just to be sure they are not sending my old card back due to a rejection, lol. But getting the email from them with the tracking info probably means everything is fine. I'm sure they would have said something in the email if it was rejected and sending my old card back. I just worry too much 😨

I've never gotten an EVGA shipping notice before UPS. In one case I got EVGA's notice a day or two afterwards. The USA account is great for that, plus in extreme cases you can print a signature paper for them if you won't be there.

Mailing my 1080 SC ACX tomorrow (for the ICX upgrade). I have a few questions. What will my step-up value be on the ICX since I applied before 1080 ti released? I read it will be the original ICX price. Second, is there any point waiting for an SC or FTW step-up? Or go ahead and queue for Founder's Edition? Is there any chance those will be on there?

You will get the value of whatever is on your original invoice for Your SC ACX ICX. Not what they cost now. If you will be water cooling then The FE is fine and probably the best way to go. Only reference GPU's are eligible to be stepped up to. Usually The FE only but sometimes the SC will be available for step up. The FTW will definitely not be available for step up since it's not reference as far as I know. At least the FTW Gaming is not reference for sure. I wouldn't hold out for anything other than An FE or SC reference becoming available for step up and The SC isn't even a sure thing.

Do you or anyone else know if a signature is required when they drop off the package on these cards sent to us for step up? Specifically standard ground shipping? I didn't see any mention of it and it's not giving me the option to ok the package without a signature on my tracking page On UPS's site. Usually it's there on all my packages. A "Release" thing you can click is usually on there. Maybe it's because they haven't got it to a sort facility yet. I may just put mine on will call and go pick it up at the hub in Knoxville. It's a 15 minute drive and I can go get it as early as 9am And UPS doesn't usually run to my house till around 5 or 6 at best except a few rare times they have came around noon but that is very rare. I won't be home after 4:30 and don't want to take the chance that a signature is required and not get it.

I'm still riding out the queue, I managed to get in my 12:05 PM PST, it looked like a few people who ordered by 11 AM are managing to clear the queue, any of the more recent clears willing to chime in with the time they entered the queue to start with? I'm trying to get a feel for roughly how far from the front I am in the line.

I put mine two 1080 Classifieds in for the step-up program at about the same time you did. I got the step 1 emails shortly after that. Three days ago I got the notice for step 2, the payment, on one card. I paid it the same day. I got the notice that it was approved and got the ok to send it in for the step-up the next day. Yesterday I got the notice that my second card had been approved for step-up and to send in payment. I just did that this evening. I assume I'll get the Ok to send in the second card tomorrow. I may send both back in the same package. So..., you should be getting your next step emails very shortly. I was surprised a bit because I read somewhere that EVGA was out of the 1080ti's and wouldn't receive any until the 25'th. Perhaps they know how many they are getting in and sent out enough step-up emails so that they can have the returned cards inspected and ready when they get the next shipment..., or I could be wrong and they do have stock on hand. Anyway, I think you should be hearing from EVGA rather soon.

I should have probably asked sooner, but is it Ok to send both of my cards back to EVGA in the same package, or should I send them in separately? I'm thinking that one package should be less money than two smaller ones.

The source on this was a wccftech tech article which claimed that 1080ti's were universally out of stock and that another shipment was due the 25th. I'd take a pretty heavy grain of salt with any of it.
