Purchase Date: 9/15/2016

OS: Win 10 Pro 64
CPU: i7-4770k @ 3.5Ghz
MB: MSI MPOWER Max (MS-7815)
Memory: 16GB DDR3 1600
PSU: CM V1000 Gold+
Monitor 1 (Left): ASUS VS247H-P
Monitor 2 (Right): ASUS VG248QE
Average Temp: 36*C - 42*C

(Trimmed for size)
Issue happens when Netflix/Amazon streaming service opened in the browser (YouTube and Twitch work without issue).
Happens in both normal and K Boost; Precision XOC Software.
I do not believe the issue is the monitor, having tried different HDMI/DVI cords -- Issue is [temporarily] resolved by unplugging the DVI cable from the GPU and plugging it back in.

NVIDIA Drivers are up to date. However, I did not experience this issue until last week.
Windows Updates are up to date.
All hardware is up to date.

I understand I may be overdue for upgrades.

Use system restore to restore your computer to a date that you know for sure that didn't have the issue.

Restored 3 weeks back.
Although the issue is not completely fixed -- the issue "fixes" itself when I close the tab -- it's much more bearable than having to bend down and unplug the cord every time.

Clean installation of driver(s) did not help.

Resolved:
Netflix says it's an HDCP issue and I need to turn down my refresh rate from 144hz to 120hz(or below)

After turning the refresh rate down, the issue no longer persists.

Weird that I never had that issue until recently.
