Hot!10 year wawarnty plan on 3090 and ear bought as well

So i bought the 10 year warranty plan on the 3090 and the ear total like 100 bucks or over and will evga be around in 10 years not sure. So are you guys going to refund us knowing that you will not be able to honor that warranty or say you will and when the time comes  and your not around or dont have any cards where out of luck .

    Shortly after EVGA announced that they were not producing any more graphics cards, by customer request, they provided a method for customers to request refunds on extended services, if recently purchased and not used.  That was a long time ago.  I don't know if EVGA will still honor that offer.
