hmm 5.0...Would be a fun race with my 05 Subaru Legacy GT 2.5L.. :D Not bad tho but ford not my style.. tho beating 4.5L's with a 2.5L Subaru vs Mustang makes it fun and exhilarating.

What color? I'll have to keep my eye out for it.
I have an old Teal Foxbody, beep and wave if you see me.

Was told from early childhood it's always good for people to assume what your car is capable of. My mother used to drive her Daddy's Chevy Nova, said it was a big surprise when they looked under the hood. Subaru's are great in the snow and beasts on the track, for half the price a WRX STi beat's the pants off a Porsche Cayman with half the cost.

Thats exactly what I'm doing with my stang, unconvincing looks unless you look under the hood. Lol.

I keep mine looking stock.
Trying to find the quietest exhaust I can, went with the Dynomax Turbo, that everyone says is too quiet. It's not.
I may try to rig up a stock muffler from a new GT or from a Vett or some darn thing that will be quiet and still flow.
Can't sneak up on anyone the way it is now.
I think much of the sound is from the headers and x-pipe so not sure what will work at this point.
 

 
 
Honestly,  I love the sound of an aggressive exhaust. I even put a decal on my car.

Edit: Oh and I'm getting free front/rear sway bars from Hotchkis Sport Suspension. They were looking for 2015 Mustang GT's to test out products at the track for R&D and are offering that you keep the stuff after they test/tweak them :)
 
Gotta leave my car there from tomorrow until the next day.... Then we go to the track on Thursday, The professional driver takes I believe 9 laps at the track (Willow Springs) to test the out and they pay for extra laps so that I can test my car there too! I can't wait!

And FYI. Note your regular car insurance "Will not" cover any damage caused in racing or on the track. Most tracks offer insurance because of this. Buy it!

Yeah, I saw that they don't offer insurance for recreational driving. =P

LOL that decal though!!! I got to drive a 450rwhp Foxbody today that was a EX-CHP vehicle. It was amazing at makes my Mustang feel like my honda insight in comparison. I'm also gonna be getting some major parts I need from this guy for only 1k. He is even gonna help put them on.

Change of plans, I got into some problems. Won't go into details about it, But I ain't driving this for 3 years!
 
No modding it on my own terms, Ima garage it, Make the payments and that's it.
 
So the build is terminated for now, But what I said still stays, This will be my permanent car... I'm going to try to finish paying this off ASAP and that's that.  If anyone is interested in what happened, PM me and I might give a short explanation lol.

Someone is super lucky!!!  I was once pulled over for doing over 95 in a 35, the cop pulled me over literally across the street from the municipal building, I got off with a warning lol.
 
Sadly I have traffic court on Monday morning for a 25mph over ticket that I am fighting :O

you should probably invest in some  Lidar Jammers + Radar Detector, they are wonderful lol :)
