I played last night for about 30 minutes and didn't really notice any issues and I thought the graphics looked fine. I do think its BS there are not more settings in game that can be tweaked. why would you get a refund for a game you got for free...? if you didn't get it with your bundle you'd go to who you purchased it from.

The thing with this game is.. it crashes on launch with a "KERNELBASE.dll" error for me. Sometimes it will work, and at other times it crashes!
Any idea how to fix this?

He`s just not getting it  The US and EVGA have nothing to do with the game. There is nothing wrong with the game, I have been playing it at 60 fps for 2 hours now since I got my 2nd card back (not back, new advanced RMA) and installed. Dam these picture size limits. The Witcher 3, Metro, Arkham Origins, Outlast, Battlefield 3, Assasin`s Creed BF, all running fine.

The game is poorly optimized but you can tweak it and make it a lot better. They just need to fix the washed out and blurry textures. Some of the textures in the game are just awful. Overall for the 2-3 hours I've played thus far I do enjoy the game tho.

I believe it says "PROMO OVER" because they voluntarily recalled all PC sales/ key codes .... they don't want anymore going out to PC users until they fix the game .....

Do I get free batman with the 980ti hydro copper ? it was not added to my cart and does not show anything in my order history. If not I'm gonna buy it by myself. Not sure if I got the promo... is it still valid ?
That's why I posted this 3 days ago. The page was already stating promo over. I bought my cards June 22. And they retired batman from sale yesterday. ... Anyways I guess this mean no free game for me. Will the promo become valid again when they put back the game for sale ?

Will the promo become valid again when they put back the game for sale ?
No. There will be another promotion by then. I didn't realize the Promo had ended previously. When the game is re-released, it won't be part of another promotion, as the game is already botched and made worthless by the creator. They may sell it at a discount though.

Within the warranty return date I should just send mine back until there is a working promo. To be honest the only reason I got my card was because of the Batman promo that I got to load and make it to the start screen twice and that was it.

the game works fine for single GPU users. There is no option to turn the texture to High. Also, multi GPU users can't get acceptable framerate. SLI users must set 2nd card as dedicated physx to get good framerate. So hopefully the framerate will double for Multi GPUs after the game is fixed with future patch.

Your 2nd card should always be dedicated to Physx, I have no trouble using 2 cards and getting consistent 60 fps. I only have a 60 Hz monitor anyway, so until I get a 120/144 Hz monitor, anything above 60 fps is of no concern.

My 960 FTW was only $250. And yes I did get this card for that promo. EVGA is not the only company that sells cards. I choose to remain a loyal customer because of the attention they give to the consumer and a timely response with any issue you have. That's why I have bought their products for years. Other than that a card is a card and they are pretty much all the same when comparing models.

Technically a $20 game (or $32 for the premium edition)...on online sites.

No one said EVGA is the only company that makes cards. $20 huh, well the price for it at Bestbuy is $59 Could you post a link ? But for most of us it was free
