Amazon finally shipped the GTX 980 Hybrid and it's being delivered Tuesday, it has been backordered for almost a month, now they are refusing to provide the game codes stating the item that I bought is not eligible. They told me to return and re-buy other EVGA cards that are eligible.
Anyone from EVGA have any suggestions on what can be done?

Thanks for the response, that's actually a bummer, with technicalities and all that. Although, I am very glad to report that Amazon and I have reached a compromise after a few emails and calls with them. They gave me the games, but instead of giving me the codes, they told me to go ahead and order the games, and they will issue a refund for them. They actually let me buy the physical copies instead. According to them, they cannot issue a refund for game codes because their system will think the order is cancelled and the download will not work. I told them that I rather have the physical copies anyway. Persistence really does pay off.

When you talk to the correct people, you can come to an agreement :-) since this was an Nvidia promotion, EVGA couldn't have done anything for you, especially not what Amazon just did (which is great of amazon). If you have questions about Nvidia promotions, it is usually best to contact the place of purchase, as the manufacturer can't do anything for you either way, unless you purchase from them direct.

That's awesome. Your probably one of the lucky few. Congrats.  BTW, I prefer physical copies of games too. Most of my games are.

I agree about having actual physical games, just installed shadow of mordor
5 disks, took 1hr 10 min to install from the disks, then had 6 gig patch took
45 min :(
I guess if I ever can afford 50 mbps or greater dl I might choose otherwise ...

I got off lucky and scored a Witcher 3 code from a guy off the forums. So insanely stupid Nvidia would shaft Titan X owners like this.

Yeah, I'm pretty pissed. I even bought my Titan X from nVidia directly but only inferior yet still expensive cards were granted the honor of game codes....

No. You can get Witcher 3, through NVidia beta program. Last week, you couldn't get anything, so that is something positive. Terrorist By Default

If they aren't participating, then no. You need to speak with the vendor for anything though, as the promotion is NVidia based.. They may be able to get you something, but EVGA can't do anything about it unfortunately.

Isn't that crazy....lol. I just bought the Titan X on Sunday. We DID get Witcher 3, i'm sure we will get Batman as well. I guess they figure that if you can afford a $1100 gpu card, you don't need free games. But that $1100 GPU broke my wallet....lol.

nope even the page on nvidia says promo has expired... but retailers are still giving batman. just sucks i purchased with the assumption of both :/

Hey all, I'm a bit confused on the Batman promotion. I just bought, received and registered 3 980 Tis from the EVGA store, but the area on the promotion page that says "collect your code" has my 3 cards listed, but the code / message says "Promotion is closed." Is that because the game hasn't dropped yet and I'll have to come back on the 23rd to get one, or am I missing something? I uploaded my invoices and everything. Thanks in advance!

If it says promotion is closed, it is closed. The codes may have been in a limited number. Try contacting support and speak with them directly www.evga.com/support

Ah ok, I'll contact them then. Seems weird since it was for cards purchased on or after June 1 and I bought mine on the 5th. Figured they'd have enough codes and they still have the advert on the main page :D
