I am assuming he purchased 2GB only (1X2GB).  I though about his settings also, but when I looked at the pictures that he  attached, some of the screens mentioned hardware failure, so I figured he should test his RAM first (since a lot of folks don't because it is new RAM it seems) before even looking at a template.  If his stick fails the test again, then the stick is probably bad.

I ran ocz 2ghz on my 790i ultra like two years ago.  that ram was torture.   The patriot Vista linked is wonderful and I highly reccomend it for the 790i.  

OP: Please fill out a BIOS template and post it up here so we can help you properly.

Please fill it out completely.  When you go into your BIOS, quite a few settings are going to have "auto" next to them.  Please include the actual number that is next to the word auto...in fact on the below template,  for those that are set to auto in your BIOS, write the number next to the word itself.  That way we will know that it is an auto setting, not one that you manually set.  Please add the timings and voltage that is actually written on the stick.

OK good morning all
so i ran the test again at 7-7-7-24@1.9 for 8 hours 18 passes no error 
is this mean my ram is fine if so then what the problem ?
and yes yesterday when i was playing with the  ram timing i put it at 8-8-8-26 @1.9 and the pc gave BlueScreen error and SHUT DOWN 
?

ok i was running at 7-7-7-24 @1.9 and yet the freeze happen and also P1 and P2  on "auto"
any thought ?

even though i passed the memtest86 test

i tried to run the ram on auto both timing and voltage and vise versa the same thing happen

im fine with buying new ram but only OCZ availably at local shops and what kills me the most is the price  they sell the same exact ram OCZ PLATINUM 1x2Gig 1600  for 400$ and that is one Stick 2GB ...shhhh
so is there any good OCZ ram for this board 

i mean by freezing as i cant move or do anything ,the mouse and keyboard lock-up ,, i must restart the system (hard restart )
some times it does give blue screen error and some times it does not it just freeze forever and i must restart 
my VGA driver is up to date
