So, what does this "within the next 24 business hours" means?
 
Got reply for my support ticket on monday 29.8.2016
"thanks for your detailed request - we will forward your request to our account - please let me know if you won´t get vcontacted within the next 24 business hours"
 
And thats all i got.
So someone tell me, what does within the next 24 business hours means?

    Usually you get like, next 24 hours or next 3 working days. I get those, and i imagined that next 24 business hours meant 3 working day, but it seems its not that.

    If it was last Monday, you should have heard back long before now...
     
    Unfortunately for you, business hours does not include weekends or public holidays, and this weekend in USA just happens to also include a public holiday on Monday (Labor Day), so don't expect to hear from them for another few days.

    Yeah, i know and understand this. But this matter is with EU EVGA so USA holidays should not matter.
     
    We will see in next week what happens, if anything.

    Well, seems like EVGA Europe is in chaos mode. Almost 4 weeks gone now and no solution yet.
     
    Will be interesting to battle step-up amounts when invoice has wrong numbers on it. Only missing 74eur on total order line, Lovely.

    Well, after few more support ticket all i get is "I have once again forwarded this to" type responses. Maybe i get answer in 2017, maybe.
