I highly suggest you call EVGA and ask for their support. They were very helpful for this type of issue.

Did you get it fixed? I have the 1070 and my X1 doesn't have the LED section. I have to manually apply the color I want using LED Sync every time I wake my pc. Many companies are going through led issues. Like NZXT Kraken cooler staying lit during sleep.

hello, EVGA Led Sync doesnt see my videocard, maybe some one have same problem ?

I used an old beta precision x for my 1070. I basically clicked load, apply, and save for profile 0 then made sure the led sync is also the same color. It stays the same color now.

Hello, EVGA GTX 1080sc, I think this problem is due to the fact that the system is on an old chipset (tested on "AMD 970 chipset-Led sync doesnt see card"/ Intel z77 Chipset-Led sync doesnt see card / Intel z97 Chipset-Led sync doesnt see card), everything worked on the system with intel Z370/Z390 chipset. P.S. I apologize for not describing the problem at once normally!

Hi, I had this issue on my 1080 TI SC2.  My issue was caused by a configuration file not updating some key value that it uses.
"WindowPos" is the value I am referring to and is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\LED Sync\LedSync.cfg
To resolve this, I stopped LEDSync and deleted the LedSync.cfg file.  Upon restarting LEDSync, it created a new LedSync.cfg file and I was able to control my GPU's LEDs again!
