    i see that and its not windows 10 (32/64) but, windows vista/7/8/8.1...meaning(so it has to be run in compatibility mode) its quite old too.
    Part is realtek ALC898.
     
    so, why not ditch this non supported page and go for more up to date driver at Realtek itself

    WINDOWS driver update. it works


    only installs standard driver and not the special software that comes with the realtek chip
