So say i recently acquired a 3060 12gb, would the possibility to upgrade to a 3090 be a possibility since its indeed a upgrade? and from that point would i keep the the 3060 or would it be sent in orrr?

Hardware:
Cpu - AMD Ryzen 5950x
Gpu - Evga Rtx 3070 XC3 ULTRA
Cooler - Evga CLC 360
Psu - Cooler Master MWE Gold 850 V2 FM
Ram - 4x16 gb Trident Z RGB
Monitor - LG 27GL83A-B 27
Keyboard - Razer BlackWidow TE Chroma v2
Mouse - Logitech G502 Hero
Laptop - Dell G7 7588 15.6

    As long as you bought it from an authorized reseller, it has a 3 year warranty and you are the original owner with a copy of the receipt, you could Step-Up to a 3090. You keep the 3060 until there is a 3090 ready for you.

    As long as you bought it from an authorized reseller, it has a 3 year warranty and you are the original owner with a copy of the receipt, you could Step-Up to a 3090. You keep the 3060 until there is a 3090 ready for you.


    oh cool so i could just sit on the card until one was ready for me, would the price i payed for the 3060 also be rolled into my 3090 purchase, say like a discount?

    Yes, you would receive the MSRP value of the graphics card discounted from the purchase cost of the step up card. 
    Example: You have purchased a graphics card for $299.99, tax was $26.25, shipping was $10.25, and you also took advantage of a $30.00 rebate from EVGA. The product you wish to Step-Up to lists an MSRP of $399.99.
    Add $299.99
    Ignore $26.25 tax and $10.25 shipping
    Subtract $30.00 for the rebate to get $269.99
    Subtract $269.99 from $399.99
    $130 is the cost of this example, plus return shipping and applicable taxes.

    So lets say I bought a 3070 from (jncs) this company recently, does evga consider them a authorized reseller for said step-up program?
