I recently replaced my Seagate Barracuda OS drive with an OCZ Vector 150 SSD.

I now have two issue that I didn't have when Windows 7 64-bit was running on the Seagate drive:

1) there is an audible noise/hum coming from my Logitech speakers that changes with hard drive activity or with mouse movement. I do not hear the same noise is through USB headphones. I'm assuming this is EMI but I seem to be the only one with an OCZ drive that's experiencing it.

2) when the computer is restarted, the BIOS does not recognize the OCZ drive. If the computer is powered off and powered back on, the drive is correctly detected and Windows loads.

I've tried changing the SATA cable and SATA but neither made any difference. Things worked fine with the previous drive and no other hardware changes were made outside of the hard drive swap.

I welcome any and all suggestions for either issue. :)
