Hi, would mount water blocks on my 1080ti card, so I happened to turn off some smd capacitors from my card and a one resistor I think it is. would really need help finding replacements for these, attach pictures on a card and my card

Next time don't use needle nose pliers trying to remove the standoffs?  You might have the best luck seeing if you can find a defective one for parts and 1-1 swap. I've no idea of the value of each and it's up to you to spend your time finding that out.

You went all the way down to copper next to that bottom stand-off, and over multiple traces. You are going to need more than a few capacitors and resistors to fix that.

Also, the screw driver you are using to point everything out, next time remove the bit and use the socket of the screw driver to remove the stand-offs. Much safer and works perfectly without ripping off components or scratching through the PCB layers.

This card is more than likely dead, as pointed out, you have scraped the PCB down to the copper in several places near the screws and it appears you have severed several traces in doing so. The SMDs you destroyed are MLCC or multilayer ceramic capacitors, I don't have a spec sheet to tell you what they are rated at but it seems to me irrelevant anyway since I'm pretty sure you killed the card with the damage you caused.

    I circled the areas here:

Also in this picture near the MLCC's you broke off it also appears you scraped down to the copped again where the bar code is:

Cards in that sort of shape are typically considered scrap and hobbyists use them to practice trying to resurrect them. Since all the component values are proprietary information, the time it would take to figure out their values from reckoning, reverse-engineering, and copying a dead spare, just isn't worth it to anyone other than someone with perseverance whose time is essentially free.
