Yeah, every capacitive touchscreen has these, though their visibility changes from device to device. On my old Acer A500, the sensor grid almost looked like little bowties. On the TN7, they're quite visible, and if you hold the tablet in landscape orientation and get it in really strong light, like the sun, you'll see even smaller lines going in the other direction to form a grid. These are tiny little wires that measure the electrical interference caused by any conductive material touching the screen, which is the whole basis of how capacitive screens work.
