Evga LED Sync does not sync

Hi guys
 
i have clc 280 on my cpu and Rtx 2080 ti xc hybrid

when i enable the led sync on precision X1 it does not sync with the clc280
 
i also installed the evga flow control.When i click on the LED sync buttpn on flow control,small window called EVGA LED SYNC pops up and gives me the option to choose my devices(i assume the ones i want them to be synced) but it also does not make any difference.
 
what should i do?

    Do you have the latest windows updates as well EVGA flow control? When you go into Flow control can you change the color on the CLC-280? Can you change the color for the card in Percision X1 software?
