Hi all,
I picked up an excellent condition card last night through ebay. The guy demonstrated it for me and I was impressed so I left his house happy. This is to replace my EVGA 1060 SSC for Oculus Rift (I don't play PC games until I got my Oculus Rift 2 Sundays ago)
When I got home, I plugged it in and tested it through UNIGINE VALLEY and it did well.
However I noticed only two of the LEDS are lit (G and M). The P LED is not lit. The 3rd fan doesn't run either.
I downloaded Precision X0c (and X1 last night before I deleted it and installed X0C) and changed the Fan Curves to AGGRESSIVE but the 3rd fan is still not running. The P LED still is blank.
I even switched the BIOS switch to OC but that didn't do anything to the fan or the P LED.
The card was purchased April 2017 but I don't have the receipt. I asked the seller for it (It was apparently bought from eBuyer in the UK) and he said OK but I'm just waiting for it. I'm hoping he'll send it to me tonight.
Can anyone help pls? I'm running the latest NVIDIA drivers.

Asus Sabertooth P67 (I think)
Intel i7 2600k
Corsair Vengeance 16gb RAM (8x2 sticks)
Samsung 500Gb SSD
Corsair 600something PSU Semi Modular

Hi all - thank you for the suggestions. I followed EVGA's advice of trying the card in a different PC but it was the same so they accepted an RMA.
Hopefully I'll hear back fro them early next week.
Can anyone please tell me what replacement I'm likely to get? I read that some people have received a 2080 but mine is the FTW3 version so I would prefer getting the same card unless they give me a FTW version as well? I kind of like the bad ass look of the 3 fans of my FTW card

Why was this moved to General Hardware and not the EVGA GTX 10-series sub-forum? Just want to be sure I understand how the categorization works.
