WHAT IS THIS?

i have two evga gtx 1070ti hybrids and one of the cards even when sli is off goes to like 93`c in any game and any graphical pre-set and in idle it sits at 60`c WHAT is going on?
also i've already disconnected and reconnect them to the PSU and PCIE-slots i cant even play minecraft without the cards reaching 93`c lol

    I sent you a message to your email to get more information on your graphics card which as Sajin pointed out, it may be a bad pump.
