I've been looking at my open RMA, and I am uncertain if the "RMA Recieved" line is supposed to update from pending to received if I got an email detailing shipping instructions. In simpler terms, does the RMA only update when the product I want replaced is delivered to the EVGA CA location? Repeating myself, does the "Received RMA" line in the Open RMA's change from 'Pending' to 'Received' only when the product is received through the mail? I did get an email giving me detailed shipping information, and the product is already on its way. I hope that my RMA didn't slip through the cracks.
