driver reinitialized

Hello, I have an EVGA Z490 DARK,  it's more than a mouth that I got some freeze where the mouse, audio and graphic stop but it is not a BSOD, it's just freezing.
After several seconds all comes back in functionality and Windows opens some HD folder the mouse and audio are back again.
it can happen even 2 times in a session of work.
Does anyone know what it means and where I have to find the cause?

    OS & is it up to date?

    Nvidia driver ?

    What hardware is in the MB PCIe slots?
     
    CPU & how cooled - temps?

    PSU - size /age/ brand are you using the stock cables that came with the PSU?

    What USB devices are connected to PC?

    Errors in Device manager?
     
    What software is running in the background?
     
    Do you have BOTH a sound driver for a Sound card or MB loaded & the sound driver for Nvidia loaded?
     
    Is Fast BOOT off in BIOS?


    Is fast startup of in Windows?
