I'm getting this too. I usually can find it in the task manager but I can't this time.

This has been happening to me too and it's driving me insane.
Is there any help or guidance on how to resolve this issue?

I would look in the Details tab of Task Manager and right-click on video.ui.exe to find the file location..Then open the PrecisionX Server (Windows system tray, with Precision OSD on) and click Add and then browse to video.ui.exe and add it to the OSD exclude list and click OK..See if that helps.

I found that it was the Video Application task that I needed to end. I have to do it very often but it's a temp fix that works.
