cannot install Itel SGX

Hello, I am a newbie/dummy- I am trying to play a 4k blu-ray (cyberlink power DVD 19) movie but there is a notice to install intel SGX,
anyway after I click on to install SGX, a notice comes up and reads -Does not support this platform or BIOS. My bois is set to software controlled.
I have the latest Pioneer 4k blu-ray drive/Coffee Lake cpu/asus Z370MB/64GB memory And yes I have updated to the latest Bios/
also i have updated the latest cyberlink patch.
updated my drivers for my evga 1050 HDCP 2.2 video card, and have updated my win 10 to version 1903 - - -
Can anybody please give me a step by step of the the hell I should/can do?

    Sounds like a bug in Powerdvd. Which cpu you have? Have you tried using a different setup like VLC/anydvd etc...?

    Take note of the "Mainboard" section about SGX and how it needs to be enabled in the BIOS, etc...
