Just got my z10, keyboard is nice but Unleash for me is a nightmare.
 
- When i open the software it takes 1min to load.
- When i click 'apply' to save any settings it takes over 2min.
- Each time i take an action (clicking on anything), it act like it crashed but if you wait 30-45 sec it comes back.
- Unleash does not display properly, tried every resolution.
- Resolved: Cannot change the color on LCD display. (Need to change the profile number in Unleash or use the PF keys)
- Precision XOC only display one stats per line (was better on my g510s).
 
Tried to do clean install of Unleash a few times. Don't know if i'm doing anything wrong.

    You have two choices
    1) stick it out with the buggy software
    2) return the product for a refund

    Also, i can't figure out how to use the timer.

    How did they get the top of the letters cut off- see OP's image    example : the word  TEST looks like IESI 
     
    Is that a font problem or a Windows 10 problem   - I do set windows to use larger Icons
     
    looking at the set up menu is like seeing one of those  hair-less cats for the first time.

    I also have the same problems with this software. Also, it seems to be impossible to create macro (or re-assign a key) to be able to send 2 button presses at once (ie ctrl+f7), only seems possible to bind successive presses of keys (ie pressing E1 sends ctrl, then f7, one after another.) That's a big part of why I bought this keyboard, to be able to bind multiple keys to one key press (like with the logitech g15 and the microsoft mouse and keyboard center with the sidewinder x4 keyboard)
