So I just received my Z10 RGB today & I am unable to install anything for it. Drivers or firmware etc. Both give me a device not found error. The keyboard itself works as I am using it to type this however with no software I have no LCD or RGB control. I have tried diff USB ports but no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

None. I cant install it. Th prompt is "unable to find Z10 keyboard, please check usb device".

Yes sir. Only user on this rig. Seems like windows sees it but the software & firmware do not. After I couldn't install the software (v1.0.19) I tried firmware. They act like it's not there. Thanks for the help btw. Tried restarts, diff USB ports & forum search. Started a ticket with EVGA.

Lets see if we can get the KB seen  1) Turn Off Fast Startup in Windows 2) Turn Off Fast Boot in BIOS Any issues in Device Manager ? Got to ask - cause mistakes happen --> You downloaded Driver Version: 1.0.2.0 and selected the Correct OS 64-bit - OR - 32-bit ? Download it again ... it is possible your download was corrupted  When installing ...are you getting several security alerts - generated in Windows 10 ... "blocked program" ... you need to: check "Windows Security" "Allow an App through Controlled folder access" ---> if you noticed a Security pop-up during the Software's install Also check the: "Recently blocked apps" Handy step by step how to: Add or Remove Allowed Apps for Controlled Folder Access I go offline to install, then shut down All background software - yep, even security software

This just went to 'walking away for a bit". Cant get into bios. Del & F2 will lock it up with "A6" error code.

You cannot install v1.0.19, that version is for non RGB, 1.0.2.0 is the correct one. If that don't work, did you try connecting your keyboard directly in the back of the motherboard? Cheers!

Thanks Koithim & Cool GTX. I Haven't much need for the forums as all the EVGA stuff I've purchased has worked flawlessly. In fact my old EVGA X58 with a I7920 is still running strong after 12 yrs! (which I handed down to my oldest kid).

Glad that it was fixed. While I can understand why they kept it the Z10 and just added RGB it would have been less confusing if it was the Z11 or Z15 to make it easier to know the RGB and the non RGB are different.

In addition if you just go to the Unleash download it does not specify RGB atm.
Both the Unleash and the Unleash RGB software is in the EVGA Download Center -> Other Products -> Keyboard -> All -> Choose a Type dropdown. But if you go to the TORQ/Z10 Download Center, you're right, there's no Unleash RGB software there..EVGA should fix that sometime.
