Z10 Keyboard LCD USB keeps disconnecting & reconnecting durring game play.

As title suggest; the software is up to date; I gave the USB power full control. but while in VR gaming; the keyboard LCD will disconnect and reconnect during heavy game play?
After windows 10 latest update.
 
I have to turn off the EVGA RGB Unleashed software to keep it from doing this.

    same here the keyboard LCD will disconnect and reconnect during heavy game play? I have to unplug it to get it to work again. I updated all the drivers.

    Same issue here, i have to unplug/replug or reboot to get the lcd back.
