Problem with Alt Key - Z12 Keyboard

Hi, nice to meet you all. I came here since I got a problem with my z12 keyboard. I have 1 year with this keyboard and it works pretty good. Since yesterday the alt key is acting like if its pressed all the time. Even I can see it pressed with the digital keyboard of windows. I already did a clean in my keyboard and also, I formated my PC with a new fresh install. Problem still persist. I hope someone can help me to figure out the problem.

    Welocme to the Forums.  Sounds like your Alt key is sticking.  You can find some good info in this thread to help/fix sticking key issue's.
