XR1 LITE not appearing as audio device anymore

Hi there! I've been using my XR1 LITE since 2022, and now it's stopped showing up as a HMDI audio device. The card can be plugged in and capturing video, but no audio comes through. 

I've tried to update the driver, but despite being plugged into every usb 3.0 port I have, I keep getting a pop up saying "please run fw update tool on usb 3.0 port". I've restarted my PC entirely, tried updating my usb port drivers, and nothing's worked. This was working fine a few months ago, but I moved my pc and ever since then this issue has persisted.

Any and all help is appreciated!

    Are the USB ports working with other devices correctly? Have you tried the XR1 with another computer?
