I figured I would post some pics of where im at right now
1st time water cooling and will get the cards on water after I test them
I will also report back when I start over clocking the 5930.

Note the 2 120's in place of 140

The rad is a GTX480 with 4  noise blockers 12-4 in push , pump is a 655 and ek pump res combo, went with bits power fittings 1/2 x 3/4
My flow is from pump to rad to cpu water block back to pump res.
I really like the EVO full nickel CPU block. I also have the pump on setting 3 and fan controller for the fans on the rad.
Im not sure on the pump setting and what people tun theres at and If running it on setting 5 cools more or not.
when I do get the system up i will be testing fan speed and pump speed for cooling.
Really hoping to push the chip with this setup as a 480 should give alot of overhead..

Wow, very nice setup.  Yeah the rad is overkill for the CPU but nothing wrong with that.  lol :P

A little confused.  Is that a T-line connecting your IN and OUT on it before it gets to the pump?

Drain T's make life easier, and 1/2x3/4 also really help, bigger tubing is easier to use and thick wall tubing makes it harder to kink.

I run 655's myself, turn the to 5 and leave them there forever.

Which model of GTX rads are you using, if you are using Extremes NB fans might be a bit light weight for thick, high FPI rads like that.

Keep us posted, this is a good looking build.

Well, I am still confused because that T-line merges the IN and OUT lines before the pump.  How is your pump getting the receiving water from the loop and than pumping it back to its out?  I am very confused as you can see.  Makes me think you're running your pump partially dry or not being fully utilized which could cause the motor to eventually burn out.

T-lines are great for draining purposes, at the lowest point of your loop.

With 2 loops, I'd run the D5's no more than 2-3.  At that speed they'll virtually be completely silent.

Yup, those B12 PWMs are on my next bucketlist but it won't be for a while, at least until I have the ridiculous financial amount to replace them :P ($250+ for 9 fans in push) and there's a stable PWM controller in the market out there or at least a affordable one unlike the AQ6 ($220+) and its inconsistencies with some 3rd party components.

It's just crazy thinking that 9 fans and a fan controller will cost you around $500 and $50 more for a flow sensor so $550 would be roughly the cost to overhaul that part of my rig.

The water flows nice there is no restriction at all
    It is very simiple lol
A drain is on the bottom of the T
My pump is set at 3
Most people I have talked to say turn it to 5
What I would like to know is what the difference would be temp wise between setting pump 3 compair to 5

A loop's flow rate is most efficient when it is in the range of 1.0-1.5 GPM.  No less and no more.  Every loop will be different.  What I mean by that is that every loop will have different restrictions.  Each pump in each loop might be set up differently to keep it with in the flow "specs" (1.0-1.5GPM).  With a short loop like yours, you should be fine while being more than enough at speed 3.

its not done yet , still waiting on ram and then if all is well stress vid cards and get the 2nd loop going on those 980SC

    Thanks though.
Im wondering if it is worth it to slap a GTX680 in there for a PhysX card

Hmm yeah why not, I think it will give you 1536 Kepler CUDA Cores as its GK104-400-A2 goes, all that should be plenty to take on that task as a dedicated PPU likewise.
And if you do GPGPU Crunching you could let it Fold for example as you play games on your GM204-400-A1's

Even if you would sell it it would only be a loss to replace it with something less beefy, I'd keep it and use it as dedicated PPU / GPGPU, but all up to you hehe

      Thanks Gold,
No folding here just gaming.  So My question to you would be adding that card would drop me from 16 lanes to 8 lanes might be worth getting another 980 LOL
so what is your opinion on the performance from 16x16  to 8x8x8 with the 680 as far as gaming goes
    so tempted to get a 3rd 980sc...........

That wouldnt work. Adding a non-nvidia product immediatly disables physX . Just how mantle is disabled.

I have some green LED's coming and need to plumb these cards up after I put LED's in
Thinking of parallel from what I been reading.

Nothing major , but physx would kick in some games.
I'm planning on to slap a gtx 680 too for physx with my hd 7990.

That wouldn't work. Adding a non-nvidia product immediately disables physX . Just how mantle is disabled.

Incorrect it works fine, just use this:

A Smart person by the nickname of GenL made it possible for ATi/AMD users to use a NV PPU alongside their Radeons
And it works like a Charm, as I used my GTX 480 alongside my R9 290X without issues.
But since I don't have many games that use Physix nor I care much about it, I removed the EVGA GeForce GTX 480 and put it in my previous system :P

Here I had both cards installed without issues:

Thanks mate, I have seen this mod done earlier. But thanks for confirming it works perfectly with the new line of graphics cards.
