Ive posted before how to tame this CPU, and how I am getting the most of this setup, with 64gb 3800 mem, 48x 46x 45x custom. and
a nice stable R23 runs, and 1.7v, 1.2v, 1.25v on CPU at 1.8 on Vin.  However, for some real odd reason, when i move the vin to 1.9v
which was recommended on HCC CPU's in a reddit for better input across all voltages on the chip, my cinabench runs get strange, like
not finishing the runs, or a lower score, but when i move voltage back to 1.8v stock, my runs go back up, and no instability which
i find very strange, due to this setting would help stretch the legs on the CPU, like Vccio, mesh vcore, exc...  but oddly, it decreases
performance. but temps remail very mild, no throttling.

Anyone ever heard of this?  This is very odd.
