X299 Dark - Bios Settings To Install Windows From USB

Hi All

I have a genuine windows 10 64 bit install USB Key.

Just done a few hardware changes and got a new case and want to reinstall windows

I have a 2gb m2 that windows was installed on before ( i can still boot to this )
I want to install windows on another ( smaller ) m2 drive and have the larger drive for games only ( very large steam collection )

Thing is i cant get the pc to boot from the USB key ( ive done it before about 4 months ago when i first got the x299 dark )

I have updated to the latest bios and restored all defaults
I have made the following changes

USB Legacy - Disabled
CSM - Disabled
Fast Boot - Disabled
Boot Mode is UEFI

i have changed the boot priority to USB Key but it wont boot from the USB key but still no luck. 

Any ideas

    USB Legacy - Should be Enabled. (Has Nothing to do with EFI Boot Manager)
    What are your Boot Options in the Bios?
    From within the Bios can you select the USB to Boot?
    Is the USB Drive installed on one of the Ports on the Back I/O Panel?
     
    The below on my X299 Dark booted from my USB Boot.
    After you insert the USB Drive you need to re-start your OC Enter the Bios make the change as shown and then Save and restart your OC and enter back in the Bios and your USB should show as shown below (Less Windows Boot Manager)
    The Below did not show up on the First Boot but on the Second Boot after making the Changes in the Bios.

    USB Legacy - Should be Enabled.


    Just enabled USB legacy and didnt make a difference

    The usb key has a efi boot manager
