I need your opinion on something. In Windows XP, I always installed the official drivers via Nvidia's site. Now with Windows 7, the process is much simpler on a fresh install. Is it good enough to stick with GeForce and nForce drivers Microsoft provides on a Windows 7 installation or should I grab them straight through Nvidia's site and replace the ones the Windows 7 put on? I haven't had a problem yet with the drivers Microsoft provides but I was just curious if the official ones provide some sort of performance/enhancement boost over the Microsoft provided ones.

My current evga hardware is:
GeForce 8800 GTX
nForce 680i SLI

Thanks.

The drivers windows 7 provides do not give you the Nvidia controll panel, so if you need that you will want to remove the windows 7 provided driver, and load the ones from nvidia.
