Same, tech support/chris refuses to tell me anything I've asked, even if they have anyone in staff capable of releasing a bios...this is a far cry from the reputation and customer service I stayed loyal to EVGA for. This is probably the last anything I buy from them. Whether it's from the abysmal experience or the company crashing entirely in the near future. I regret going with the z790 dark kingpin I should have stuck with asus....at least they keep products supported past the initial 6 months....
