Paid my apartment insurance for the coming year. 17% increase from last year. :( - not as bad as the building insurance though, that went up 30% from last year. No claims on either for the last 15 years btw.

Not sure if I mentioned it but got a Rog Maximus Apex Encore z790, 14900k, just got my Rockit Cool Delid Relid tool for 12-14th gen cpu's, have an EK Nucleus Direct Die AIO on the way rule of cool aio is not exactly enough for a 14900k it was enough for my 13900k. Two copies of Black Myth, a cooler for the cpu+2230 m.2 for my Rog Ally Z1 E, Got the Killswitch case for the Z1 E, another Anker Prime 27,650mah/250w/99.54wh bank, the Fallout Amazon Show Movie Maniacs limited run figure collection, Space Marine 2 Super whatever edition with the bust of Captain Titus, more stuff for the Jeeps, groceries, bubble tea, stuff for the cruise, Deadpool Funko for the new movie for my niece, the giant honeywell PTM7950 pad from the LTT store....
