What are the 'EVGA iCX MEM and PWR' temperature sensors in GPU-Z?

I noticed some new temp sensors showed up in GPUZ. They are called EVGA iCX MEM 1,2,3 and PWR 1,2,3,4,5 sensors. What are these and where are they? Obviously mem are on the mem modules I would suspect. PWR? Is that VRM? Where are these sensors actually located?
