I'm an elite member and I want to get into the que for the 1660 super. How long will I have to wait for it to be my turn?

Pretty sure they haven't even made those cards in over a year or so... I highly doubt you'll ever see them for sale at EVGA again.
you might see some new ones still in inventory at retail stores or on Ebay and the likes ,...

Why do you guys want a 1660 super specifically?

AFAIK the only queue is for the 3000 series.  So, there is no "waiting list" on the other cards & its on a first come, first basis if they ever make them again.

NEWEGG has a card for sale right now- at slightly high Pandemic prices ..

Yesterday, there were 1080Tis and 2080Tis in B Stock and they disappeared quickly.  It is worth checking periodically if you need something immediately.

It's the same queue. There isn't an elite queue vs a non-elite queue.
The only thing special about elite is that some cards, on launch day, had a 24 hour period where only elite members could queue. Meaning that the queues were filled with only elite people at the start. But since there are no launch days any time recently, there is no elite queue benefits any time recently. Elite members queue up behind non-elite members in the same queue.

There is an orange button that says "auto notify" Click on that button and put in your name and email address.
When a card becomes available you will get an email, then have 20 hours to respond and buy the card
There are three 1660s cards, do that for the ones you are willing to buy.
 

To clarify: anything that is not a 30## card, the auto-notify is an immediate stock notification, there is no queue, and it is first come first serve. There is no 20 hour window on older cards. There have not be any new available for many months.
