Hmm.. maybe stickers are just a NYC thing? They also gave everyone a pen which doubles as a stylus for tablet/phone when the ballpoint isn't clicked out.
 

I LUL'd when they handed me this long q-tip. I'm like "are you covid testing here too?". Nope, they have it vote on the machines with a q-tip. 
Screw the stickers, post a photo of your q-tips and pins.

Oh that's weird. My county did something surprisingly intelligent.... all locations got #2 pencils. Documents could be signed with them, and the erasure worked as a stylus on the electronic touchscreens. Then people just keep them after, was a pretty nifty setup.
 
Different voting locations in my county gave out very different stickers. Of course the place I voted at wasn't handing any out at all... so I'll post one of the cool stickers they were giving out elsewhere in my town (but isn't mine): https://imgur.com/gallery/6RNZrmQ

Oregon became the first permanent Vote By Mail state in '87. During the Reagan days, with a Republican governor at the helm.
So these days, after we double check online at the Secretary of State's webpage that our ballots were counted and correct, we get a Virtual Sticker.

That's kind of neat. So you can actually confirm whoever you voted for is what went through, not just that you voted for 'someone'? If so, that's a great idea, otherwise you have no idea if it was your vote that counted or someone else using your name/ballot.

It's got some pretty anal-retentive online tracking. Mostly, I just like having a couple weeks to look at all the down-ballot measures and candidates, so I have enough time to really dig into who and what they are. When I lived in other states, I hated having 4 people or things I actually understood on the voting machine, and 16 other things I didn't, so you start randomly selecting stuff with no idea who Judge So and So is or what Ballot Measure X really meant. It's hard to make a choice you can stand behind when you're put on the spot and told to choose something you didn't know about at the polling booth.
Edit: Still, the virtual sticker is pretty campy, lol
